It's been a tough year so far for working, but I'm trying to put my nose to the grindstone. I'd hoped to be finished my latest tale today, but I discovered I wasn't as far ahead on it as I thought, and despite my attempt to make finishing it a priority, real life got in the way. Still, if luck is with me, it will be done over the next few days.
Unfortunately, there's not much else to report at the moment. I've been working on trying to put together another collection (hopefully, one that won't go out-of-print six weeks later) and that's prevented me from sending work out to various magazines and anthologies. No work going out means no news to report ... and it doesn't look like it's going to get any better soon. I don't expect to be submitting stories until the end of the year, if it all. I'm hopeful there will be other news along the way to keep the blog interesting, but who knows?
Only Time, I suppose.
