Covers unleashed!

Well, I suppose it wasn't hard to guess, but the artwork I was mentioning over the last two posts was for the cover of yet another book by my good friend and fellow author Gary McMahon. This one is called HOW TO MAKE MONSTERS, and is due this September (during Fcon) from Morrigan Press.

(As an aside, who doesn't have a book coming out at Fcon? Mine will be drowned in a sea of paper!)

Here, for you enjoyment, is the latest version of the cover, including some minor edits I've made that no one else has seen yet (hee hee!)




I was going to post it without any text, as I did previously for my own book cover, but the latter looks much better that way than does the former. Nonetheless, I may go through the stages of creation again for anyone who is interested. I did that for the cover to my book a few months ago, and I think it proved entertaining . . . at least somewhat entertaining . . . well, I was entertained. . . .
